Greetings!

KEA EC-29 would like to introduce a new initiative to all KEA kids. The Youth Leadership Program (YLP), a workshop by Toastmasters International, is an excellent opportunity for young people between the ages of 14 and 18 to develop their leadership, communication, and public speaking skills through practical experience and interactive learning.

This workshop is limited to 15 students and will be coordinated by experienced and renowned Toastmasters members.

Through this workshop, participants will learn how to:

• Evaluate their own speaking abilities
• Prepare and deliver effective speeches
• Deliver impromptu talks with confidence
• Control their voice, vocabulary, and gestures
• Give and receive constructive feedback, and more

Session Details:

• Total Sessions: 6 (2 online sessions and 4 offline sessions)

• Schedule: August 2026, preferably on weekends

• Venue: Salmiya

• Participant Fee: KD 7 per participant (to cover stationery and hall rental expenses)

• Minimum Requirement: The sessions will commence with a minimum of 10 participants

Note: Transportation will not be provided.
